Text lesson

Welcome to the Director Toolkit for Warrior Fellowships. This course will guide you step by step through everything you need to confidently lead your weekly group using our easy video chat tools. Whether you're tech-savvy or just getting started, you're in the right place. In this lesson: What to expect from this toolkit How the weekly rhythm works Where to find everything you need

Text lesson

Each week, you’ll receive a new video to share with your group. You’ll screen share this from your computer during the meeting so everyone can watch together at the same time. In this lesson: Where to find the current week's video How to preview it before the meeting How to screen share it when the room begins 📌 Only you as the Director will control the video. Guests will not have access to the video outside of the meeting.

Text lesson

Each meeting includes a printable or shareable PDF for group members. You can download it in advance and share it by email, screen share, or file drop in the chat. In this lesson: Where to download this week’s PDF How to send it to your group (before or during the meeting) Optional ideas: print copies, screen share during discussion, or drop a download link in the chat 📌 PDFs will remain available after the meeting for group follow-up.

Text lesson

As the Director, you’ll open the video room before your group meeting starts. This gives you a few minutes to check your screen share, welcome people as they arrive, and set the tone. In this lesson: When and how to launch your room (5–10 minutes before the meeting starts) Welcoming guests with a friendly chat or on-screen greeting Encouraging members to bring a snack or coffee if joining from home 📌 Let your group know they can chat and connect while waiting — just like arriving early for a real meeting.

Text lesson

You’ll be able to guide the conversation, mute noisy microphones, and moderate the chat so that everyone has a chance to feel heard. In this lesson: How to approve people joining the room Using chat for group interaction, prayer requests, and discussion Tips for muting/unmuting microphones and spotlighting speakers How to assign a co-host if someone is helping you 📌 Your group will appreciate clear leadership — don’t be afraid to gently guide the flow.

Text lesson

Even with a great setup, sometimes things go sideways. Don’t worry — it’s normal. This lesson helps you troubleshoot the most common issues calmly and quickly. In this lesson: What to do if a guest can’t hear or be heard Helping someone allow camera/mic permissions What to check if screen share isn’t working How to handle late arrivals or disruptive guests gently 📌 Tip: Reassure your group — just like in person, a little grace goes a long way.

Text lesson

You can invite regular guests, but you may also want help leading the group. Co-hosts can monitor chat, greet new people, or run the video if you’re away. In this lesson: How to invite participants with view-only or join-as-guest access What co-hosts can do: chat moderation, muting, helping others Setting expectations: supportive, prayerful leadership 📌 You’re not alone! Training a co-host creates backup and makes your group stronger.

Text lesson

Inviting someone to a group meeting can be life-changing. Whether you're reaching out by phone, text, or with a simple link, personal invitations are powerful. In this lesson: How to invite someone using a direct link or QR code When to invite: weekly reminders, first-time connections, special events Encouraging group members to bring a friend — in person or online 📌 Tip: Share a snack or coffee at the start of the meeting — virtually or in person — to make everyone feel welcome.

Text lesson

You don’t have to be a writer — we’ve created simple teaser messages you can copy and paste into your own emails or texts. These help you invite guests and keep your regulars connected week after week. In this lesson: How to copy, personalize, and send teaser messages Encouragement to send these from your personal email or group chat Optional: include the week’s topic, PDF, or invite link 📌 You’re not sending a newsletter — just a personal reminder to show someone they matter.

Text lesson

You’re not just a meeting host — you’re a spiritual leader. This section equips you to pray for your group, offer encouragement, and follow the lead of the Holy Spirit, even online. In this lesson: How to pray during or after a meeting (chat, on video, or one-on-one) Encouraging group members to share prayer needs Offering Scripture, encouragement, or a gentle word from the Lord Creating a safe, Spirit-led atmosphere for ministry 📌 Trust the Lord to work through you — He is faithful to guide you and minister through your obedience.

Text lesson

If you're ready to go further, this lesson will help you stream your group or event live. OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) gives you more control and polish — great for teaching nights, prayer meetings, or ministry outreach. In this lesson: How to install and set up OBS Adding your camera, audio, and screen share Streaming your room to YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms Downloadable templates for layouts and audio 📌 This is optional — you can lead amazing meetings without OBS.
